Robin is a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Instructor, Medical Qigong Instructor and Heart Math Institute Certified Personal Resiliency trainer. She currently teaches at schools and hospitals in the Denver, Colorado area.

As a high school student, Robin learned how to meditate with a teacher who said it would help with concentration. Throughout her life, she has meditated for stress relief, increased concentration, and overall peacefulness.  She has learned from Buddhist Monks, yoga teachers, and martial arts instructors.  She became certified to teach meditation at the McLean Meditation Institute when she saw how students were open to learning these practices to help with stress. She partners with the Heart Math Institute to train techniques to help build personal resilience throughout the day and her Medical Qigong study continues with Zen Wellness as these ancient practices have helped her heal personal injuries throughout the years.

Robin is committed to sharing the practice of meditation and physical health to all those who are interested, to help the busy world relax and enjoy life!
